Lamont Thurston, Founder
Lamont Thurston is the Founder and CEO of BeneRē, the nation's largest and rapidly scaling supplemental benefits group captive program that is transforming the market through full risk retention and radical financial transparency. BeneRē now serves 200+ employers and 2.0M employees, returning over $35M to enhance employee programs. Thurston also founded Risk Matters, a captive insurance manager, and LightStance, an AI-driven SaaS platform focused on automating growth planning and execution for the SMB market.
Anthony Beverina, Founder
Anthony Beverina is a technology executive, strategist, and investor, having created businesses in both commercial and public sector markets. Mr. Beverina has founded four analytics firms and guided them through multiple rounds of financing, growth, and exit. He has spent his career researching and inventing analytic frameworks to solve previously unsolved challenges. He is a nationally recognized risk analytics expert with multiple patents in risk analytics. He has built organizations that created data analytics and intelligence platforms in demanding operating environments such as Intelligence, National Security and Healthcare.
